Empowering Young Caymanians to Build Purpose-Driven Futures

Since 2021

ABOUT THE ISLAND HOUSE

We empower Caymanian youth to become lifelong learners

The Island House helps capable but disengaged Caymanian youth develop confidence, leadership skills, and career awareness through mentorship, experiential learning, and life-skills development.

Our Vision
A Cayman Islands where every young person transitions into adulthood with self-awareness, confidence, and the ability to contribute positively to community and country.

Why This Programme Matters
Young people will shape the future workforce and community leadership of the Cayman Islands. Many students are capable but gradually disengage from school and lose confidence in their abilities. With the right mentorship at the right time, these young people can reconnect with purpose and opportunity.
