Our Story
The Island House was created to support capable students who may disengage without mentorship and guidance. Through experiential learning and mentorship, the programme helps youth build confidence and develop the skills needed to navigate life and career decisions.

Mentorship That Unlocks Potential
The Island House helps students move from uncertainty to independence through mentorship, life‑skills development, and real‑world learning.
Who We Serve
The Island House works with Caymanian youth aged 11–17 who may benefit from mentorship, structured learning, and additional guidance as they navigate academic and personal development. The programme focuses on students who are capable but may be at risk of disengaging from school or losing confidence in their abilities.

Family Engagement
The Island House maintains ongoing dialogue with parents or guardians to understand each participant’s environment and works alongside families to support each young person.
Governance and Policy
TIH is a registered non-profit (NP-595). All programs operate in accordance with Cayman Islands legal and safeguarding standards. Policies address child protection, data privacy, and volunteer conduct.
