Through mentorship, leadership development, and experiential learning, the programme helps young people build confidence, strengthen life skills, and develop a clearer sense of direction for their future.

Why Sponsorship Matters
Many youth programmes focus on two groups: students who are already excelling academically and those receiving intensive intervention. The Island House focuses on the students in between — capable young people whose potential may be overlooked.
Without mentorship and guidance, these students can gradually disengage from school and lose confidence in their abilities. With the right mentorship at the right time, they develop confidence, leadership skills, and a clearer sense of purpose.

How Your Support Helps
Sponsorship supports structured youth development programmes for Caymanian students aged 11–17.

CI$497 per week or CI$2982 for the full six-week programme.
Your support helps provide mentorship, programme materials, learning activities, and structured development opportunities for a participating student.
Fund a Youth Internship
Support stipends for returning participants who serve as youth mentors and interns while continuing to develop leadership-of-others skills.
